According with the normal Check in and check out of the rooms in the International way is about 11 in the morning.
In case you decide to come by bus, we will pick you up from the bus station, wich is normally from 7 to 9 am. will take you to our Eco house and you can droop in the hammoks and wait to get ready our rooms.
From 4 years old, they pay a full rate. From 0 to 3 years old, they do not pay (except ticket costs, if applicable). They share seat and service with parents and / or responsible adults.
Tours can be offered in Shared Service Mode (with more visitors in the group), you have the chance to order a private service paying the 100% extra.
Any material lost or accident is under the responsibility of the visitor.
Service is subject to variation without prior notice, due to weather issues (rain, mudslides, overflows, etc), strikes and / or demonstrations and any other event that does not allow the normal development of the itinerary, Any cancellation of the service for the indicated reasons, does not apply return payment. We will carry out with contingency plan with an alternative tour.
Deposit requirement.
To confirm a tour reservation we require a NON-REFUNDABLE pre-payment of 30 % of the total program price, a minimum 30 days before the start date of the tour. You can deposit by PAYPAL Western Union, Money gram. The remaining costs are due on you arrival to Puerto Maldonado, before the start of the tour. You can use credit card with the 5% extra charge (Local banks fees) or pay in cash dollars and the local currency (Soles) are ok.
NO SHOW : Full payment.
You can pay by:
a) Deposit by Western Union.
b) Deposit by Money Gram.
c) Pay with Paypal.
Please note, a 5% fee will be added and is to be paid by the customer. Link to the payment page will be sent by email. In case you want to change your dates of the reserve, It has to be at least 60 days in advance.
In case you are not travelling for any reazon, you can save it for the next 2 years, due it is NON REFUNDABLE, You have the option to transfer it to any other person instead of you.
